Give Cardio Adult Tennis a try on Tuesday nights 7.00-8.00 pm.
Cardio tennis is a fun, sociable, group fitness class set on a tennis court, welcoming people of all ages and skill levels. Guided by the music beats, our qualified instructor, George Wells, ensures you have a blast hitting 100s of balls 🎾🎾🎾🎾 whilst getting an excellent cardio workout.
What to bring: - Grab your tennis racket if you have one; if not, don't worry - we can provide one. Wear comfy clothing and your favourite trainers and don't forget a water bottle - you'll be working up a sweat!
Do I need tennis skills? - Cardio tennis is open to anyone looking to get fit and have fun on the tennis court. There are no judgements here, whether the ball goes in or out, it doesn't matter.
